Description

This wine opens with refined white floral aromas, some ripe peach, hazelnut and orange rind. The palate is driven by natural minerality, a fresh acidity and some beautiful flavours of white flower, nuts and buttered pastry.

It can be paired with foie gras toasts and charcuterie, as well as soft cheeses and white meat. It is great to drink now but will benefit from two to three years of cellaring. 100% Chardonnay.
