Description

Ruby red in color tending to garnet, this is a velvety, rich red wine which shows ripe plums, sweet spices and dark chocolate on the nose and palate, which shows a real concentration of dried cherries. This sits on well-structured tannins and finishes with more dark chocolate and raisins.

Perfect in the company of game and noble poultry, it goes very well with aged cheeses, in particular with pecorino.
